4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. NOFIVN LIMITED is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
